Our president is The Mayor of Todmorden who is elected by town councillors at the Town Meeting in May. Our officers are elected at the Annual General Meeting along with general committee members. We also have two committee members nominated by Todmorden Town Council following the town meeting in May. The committee meets regularly throughout the year to consider issues affecting the Association and plan events.
Jacqui Lucas
Jacqui and her family have been members for some years visiting and hosting friends in both twin towns. Jacqui was elected Chair for 2025

Treasurer
Elaine has visited and hosted visitors from both twin towns over a number of years. Elaine was elected Treasurer in 2024.
Secretary for Bramsche Phillip Morton
Phill is a long standing member of the Association. He has taken part in and organised many trips to both twin towns. Hes has held all offices during his membership and is currently Secretary for Bramsche.
